Terms of Service

1. Introduction

EggRewards ("we", "our", "the Platform") is operated by Cyprus Eggs Limited, a company registered in Cyprus. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of eggrewards.app and related services.

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

HP (Health Points) is a virtual currency with no monetary value, used internally to track your progress toward a reward. HP is non-transferable between accounts, cannot be exchanged for cash directly, and may be adjusted at our discretion for fraud correction.

Egg refers to the gamified mechanic where you reduce HP from 1,000,000 to 0 in order to claim a Reward. Reward refers to a $100 gift card or BTC equivalent issued upon successful egg crack and review approval.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must reside in a supported country.
• You must not be an employee, agent, or immediate family member of Cyprus Eggs Limited.
• One account per person, per device, per IP family.

4. Account and registration

We use passwordless authentication. You sign in via magic link sent to your email or via Google OAuth. We do not store passwords. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.

You may not share your account, sell your account, or use multiple accounts. Multi-account fraud is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending Rewards.

5. Virtual currency (HP) disclaimer

• HP has no monetary value and no real-world equivalent.
• HP cannot be exchanged for cash directly. The only path to value is cracking an Egg and receiving a Reward.
• HP is non-transferable. You cannot send, gift, sell, or pool HP with other users.
• We may modify HP balances at our discretion to correct fraud or technical errors.
• HP may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

6. Rewards and payouts

Rewards are subject to availability and our discretion. Standard delivery is 1-3 days from request. Extended manual review may take up to 30 days.

Reward catalog and amounts may change with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent reward of equal value if your selected reward is unavailable (e.g., $100 PSN substituted with $100 Steam).

One Reward per cracked Egg. You are responsible for reporting Rewards as taxable income in your jurisdiction where applicable.

7. Anti-fraud policy

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any Reward if we detect or suspect fraudulent activity. Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to:

• Use of automated tools (bots, auto-clickers, scripts, AI agents).
• Use of VPNs, proxies, virtual machines, or emulators where prohibited.
• Multiple accounts (one person, multiple registrations).
• Sharing accounts.
• Manipulating offerwall conversions (chargebacks, false signals, stolen card details).
• Cooperation with other users to abuse referrals.
• Any attempt to circumvent platform rules or anti-fraud systems.

In case of suspected fraud, your account may be suspended without notice and pending Rewards may be cancelled. We are not obligated to provide specific evidence of detection methods. You may submit one appeal via support; our decision is final.

8. Acceptable use

• No automated traffic or bots.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or malicious code.
• No harassment of other users (including referral spam).
• No illegal activity.

9. Monetization disclosure

The Platform is monetized through advertising, offerwall partner CPA, and affiliate links. Some links and offers are affiliate links that pay us a commission. Sponsored content is clearly labeled. We do not charge users for any feature.

10. Intellectual property

All EggRewards content, branding, and code is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You retain rights to content you submit (testimonials, reviews) and grant us a license to display it.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. We make no warranty of uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero. We are not liable for downstream losses (taxes, lost trades, etc.).

12. Indemnification

You indemnify Cyprus Eggs Limited against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Platform.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will email significant changes to your account email.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.
